Cruise that is located in front of the main façade of the hermitage of Nuestra Señora del Espino. This is a work from the first half of the 16th century, more specifically around 1540, during the First Renaissance.

The work is made of stone on a tier of five steps, on which rises a pedestal and a shaft formed by a fluted baluster with a grotesque spire topped by a cross. On one of the faces of the cross appears a Crucified and on the other the Piety.

The Cruz del Humilladero stands out for its almost 5 meters high build in white granite. The passage of time caused it to be covered by algae and lichen, so a strong restoration and cleaning intervention was carried out, bringing out the natural color of the stone.

Today it constitutes an enclave of great tourist and pilgrimage interest visited by all those who come to discover El Pedroso.
